Nektar is an English progressive rock band that first stepped into the spotlight in 1969. The group rose to international fame with the release of their fourth studio album Remember the Future in 1973. Nektar has endured several brief hiatusts over the course of their career, their longest being from 1982 to 2000. They have released a total of 15 studio albums, including their most recent release, 2020's The Other Side.
