What happens if my tickets aren’t accepted by the venue?

If you are having difficulty using the tickets to gain entry to the event at the venue, you should contact Event Tickets Center immediately by calling (855) 261-6909. If Event Tickets Center is not able to resolve the matter and you are denied entry by the venue, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund you must obtain written proof from the venue showing that you were denied entry to the event and email that proof along with a description of the circumstances to Event Tickets Center at customersupport@eventticketscenter.com within ten (10) days of the event.

If Event Tickets Center receives the email with written proof from the venue and your description of the circumstances of the denied entry within ten (10) days of the event, Event Tickets Center will investigate your claim. If Event Tickets Center, in its reasonable discretion, determines that you were denied entry, you will receive a refund of the cost of the tickets and all fees and shipping charges. The refund will be your sole remedy for the denied entry.

How quickly are refunds processed?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify your claim. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method. Credit card refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

What proof is required for invalid ticket claims?

You will need to provide evidence of one of the following depending on your circumstances: Evidence of the event being cancelled, written proof from the venue showing you were denied entry, evidence that you did not receive your tickets in time for the event.

Verified proof must be provided in letter form from the venue. Written or stamped "voids" do not constitute verified proof.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No, refunds do not include any delivery charges in most cases.

What happens if my event is postponed?

If the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.
