Nationals Park has implemented a clear bag policy to ensure a safe and secure environment for all fans. Clear bags, small clutch purses, and diaper or medical bags are permitted.

Allowed bags

• Clear bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that do not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”
• Small non-clear clutch bags measuring 5” x 7” x ¾” or smaller, with or without a handle or strap
• Diaper bags or medical bags that can be brought into the ballpark alongside one of the clear plastic bag options

Prohibited Bags

• Any non-clear bag larger than 5” x 7” x ¾”
• Backpacks (including clear backpacks), computer and camera bags
• Soft-sided coolers, hard coolers, or ice chests
• Drawstring bags and luggage of any kind
• Any clear or non-clear bag larger than 16” x 16” x 8”

Binbox Information

• For fans with bags that do not comply with ballpark regulations, Nationals Park provides a binbox service. Binboxes are located outside the Right Field Gate and Home Plate Gate.
• Binboxes will be available two hours before the first pitch and remain in place one hour after the last rise.
• Guests can choose between a medium or large locker to check their belongings.
• Exceptions may be made for diaper bags and other bags used for medical reasons.
