The New York Knickerbockers, more commonly known as the Knicks, play in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference in the NBA. The team was established as a founding member of the Basketball Association of America in 1946 before the organization merged with the NBA. During its early years, the Knicks made three back-to-back appearances in the NBA Finals from 1950 to 1953 but lost each time. They bounced back in the late 1960s with two NBA championship appearances. They later went on to compete in six playoff games and two more NBA Finals (1994 and 1999). The Knicks struggled to regain their former glory, winning its first division title in nearly two decades during the 2012-13 season. Come out and support one of the most valuable teams in the NBA!
