Pulitzer Prize for Drama finalist, Love Letters, premiered at the New York City Public Library in 1988 before its debut on Broadway in 1989. Written by A.R. Gurney, the play revolves around two central characters and their shared thoughts and discussions over fifty years of notes, cards and letters that the two have used to stay connected through separated lives since second grade.
