Canadian punk-rock outfit PUP formed in Toronto in 2010, originally under the name Topanga. The group, whose name is an abbreviation for Pathetic Use of Potential, released their critically acclaimed self-titled debut in 2013, vastly expanding their fanbase in Canada and beyond.
