General admission (GA) ticket holders should plan their day carefully. Overnight lines are not permitted at Madison Square Garden, and fans attempting to line up early may be turned away.

Starting at 9:00 AM on each show day, sequentially numbered wristbands are distributed on a first come, first served basis at the Chase C Entrance on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue. A valid GA ticket is required to receive a wristband. After receiving a wristband, fans are asked to leave and return no earlier than 5:00 PM.

At 5:00 PM, GA guests will line up again at the Chase C Entrance in wristband order for priority entry. Doors are scheduled to open at 7:00 PM, at which point GA ticket holders will be admitted to the floor. Wristbands are not required for entry, but they determine your place in line.

Guests are not permitted to hold spots in line for others, and wristbands must remain on at all times. Any tampered or removed wristbands may result in loss of line position.

Fans are allowed to bring a reasonable amount of food and non-alcoholic beverages while waiting in line. Empty, non-breakable reusable water bottles under 32 oz are also permitted.
