Birmingham Barons Tickets

Birmingham Barons baseball brings the Magic City a sharp, fan-friendly Double-A night with real prospect energy. In 2025, Birmingham went 81-57, finished first in the Southern League North, and paced the league in run prevention with 452 runs allowed. Manager Guillermo Quiroz steered a club that won with pitching, defense, and timely swings, then carried that edge into a championship run. Start your game plan with Event Tickets Center.

The Double-A MiLB Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox

As the Double-A MiLB affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, the Barons are where organizational plans turn into nightly auditions, especially if you follow Chicago White Sox games and want the next name before the call-up. In 2025, arms like Hagen Smith and Tanner McDougal helped Birmingham control innings, while Rikuu Nishida and Sam Antonacci brought pressure on the bases and in the field. The roster shifts fast, so checking lineups is part of the fun.

Baseball Magic at Regions Field

Use the Regions Field seating chart to pick your vibe, because this 8,500-seat downtown park (opened in 2013) plays differently depending on where you sit. Behind home plate feels tight and tactical, the berm is made for lounging, and the concourse keeps you close to the action all night. Babe Ruff and Lillie Mays work the aisles, and the skyline backdrop turns routine fly balls into photo moments. Arrive early for batting practice and easy parking.

Birmingham Barons Southern League Championship

Southern League standings are more than a scoreboard in Birmingham because Double-A uses a split-season race and a short best-of-three postseason that punishes slow starts. The Barons surged in the second half at 43-26, then finished 81-57 overall to lead the North and lock in another title run. Their in-state rivalry with the Montgomery Biscuits delivered again, with Birmingham winning the 2025 championship in a dramatic, decisive game 3, 6-3.
