Russian Circles Tickets
An instrumental trio from Chicago, the Russian Circles band has spent two decades turning post-metal into something cinematic, moving between hushed, looping guitar figures and crushing walls of low end. Guitarist Mike Sullivan, drummer Dave Turncrantz, and bassist Brian Cook released their ninth album, Nine, in 2026 through Sargent House, led by the heavier single "Empath." A Russian Circles concert is a fully instrumental experience that relies on dynamics and volume rather than a frontman. Find Russian Circles tickets at Event Tickets Center.
Russian Circles Tour Dates
The North American run behind Nine opens at The Argo in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, and wraps at Varsity Theater Minneapolis, Minnesota, on November 21, 2026. The Russian Circles tour splits its support between two heavy acts, with Pelican joining the September and October dates and Primitive Man taking over the November stretch. The routing also marks two decades since the band's 2006 debut, Enter, and pushes the newer, heavier material to the front of the set. It is one of the band's most extensive North American outings in years.
Russian Circles Set List and Concert Info
At Royale in Boston in 2025, on the Gnosis tour, the set opened with the churning "Harper Lewis," moved through "Conduit," "Geneva," and the title track "Gnosis," and hit a peak with the towering "Youngblood." Shows tend to run around 80 minutes with no encore and little talking, letting the music carry the arc. The performances favor long crescendos, sudden drops, and a bass-heavy mix that turns the room physical. With no lyrics to anchor them, the pieces flow into one another, and the trio's precision makes the heaviest passages land harder live than on record.

This run pairs a strong new album with a touring lineup stacked with kindred heavy acts, a rare bill for fans of the genre. The band's shows reward close attention, building tension over long stretches before releasing it all at once, and the bigger 2026 stages give that dynamic more room to breathe. Anyone drawn to weight, texture, and patience in music will find plenty here. Browse Russian Circles tour dates at Event Tickets Center.
