Toronto-based singer/songwriter Jessica "Jessie" Reyez first stepped onto the music scene in 2014 after releasing a single with rap artist King Louie titled "Living in the Sky." With only four years as a professional musician under her belt, Reyez already boasts an impressive track record working with the likes of Eminem, Chance the Rapper, Calvin Harris and Romeo Santos. In April 2017, she released her debut EP Kiddo along with her short film, Gatekeeper. Reyez has racked up several awards nominations, taking home two iHeart Music Awards as well as the 2018 Juno Award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year. Her unique, throaty voice has earned her comparisons to singers like Amy Winehouse and Kehlani, with a sound that’s been described as "heart-on-sleeve ballads meets hip-hop and R&B."
