What Happens When My Event Is Canceled or Rescheduled?

We understand how disappointing it is when an event is canceled, especially one that you've been looking forward to. While the status of the event is completely out of our control, we want to help make things right for you.

When an event is canceled, it's covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. This means that you are entitled to 100% of your money back (minus any delivery fees, if the tickets have already been delivered).

To ensure you receive your full refund, follow the steps below.

  1. Start by finding your order confirmation email. This email will contain your order number and any other details that the customer support team may ask for from you.
  2. Reach out to our customer support team at customersupport@eventticketscenter.com. Be sure to include your name, order number and the event details such as date and time of the event, performer and venue.
  3. Our customer support team will review the details, and when they confirm the event was canceled, you will receive a full refund.
  4. You may be offered the choice of a credit voucher worth 110% of your original purchase in place of the 100% refund. This credit voucher will be valid for 365 days on Event Tickets Center form the credit voucher's issuance date
