Distant Tickets

Deathcore with slam and death metal pulled into it: the Distant band came together in Rotterdam in 2014, with members split between the Netherlands and Slovakia. Century Media signed them ahead of Heritage in 2023. Into Despair follows on November 6, 2026, previewed by the single "All Will Be (N)One," which brings in Ricky Myers of Suffocation. Recordings only carry so much of this; the weight registers in a room. Get tickets to Distant's fall shows at Event Tickets Center.

Distant Tour Dates

Running from mid November into December 2026, the 26-date Distant band tour opens in Texas, pushes west through Arizona and California, then turns back east through the Midwest, the Northeast, and the South. The Parish At House Of Blues Anaheim takes November 21, 2026, and The Albatross in Jacksonville gets December 16, 2026 near the finish. Heavy//Hitter, Katywentmissing, Torn Open, and Squelching split support duties, with the support lineup varying by date. Earlier in 2026 the band played Welcome to Rockville at Daytona International Speedway, a considerably bigger stage than anything on this run.

Distant Setlist and Concert Info

At Gebouw-T in Bergen op Zoom in 2025, the band headlined a Dutch Christmas show above CABAL and Sapphyr, drawing the set from across their catalog. The venue scheduled that headline slot for roughly 50 minutes, from 22:20 to an expected 23:10 finish. The show predated the November 2026 release of Into Despair, so none of that material was in the set. Four support acts share the fall bill, so doors open early and the headline slot lands late in the evening. This fall run gives the band a full headline set rather than the shorter slot they played at Welcome to Rockville in May 2026.

Into Despair reaches shelves ten days before the run starts, which is a narrow window for a record to settle before it goes on stage. The science fiction arc that Alan Grnja and bassist Elmer Maurits carried into a novel, "The Rise of Tyrannotophia," still runs under the catalog, so the material connects across albums instead of standing as separate singles. That is unusual in this corner of metal. Browse Distant tour dates at Event Tickets Center.
