Female pop group Danity Kane was the product of the third season of MTV’s hit series Making the Band, led by Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2005. With an original line-up including Aubrey O’Day, Shannon Bex, Dawn Richards, Wanita “D.Woods” Woodgett and Aundrea Fimbres, Danity Kane released two full-length studio albums, both of which received critical acclaim. They became the first female group in Billboard history to debut their first two albums at the top of the charts. The group produced wildly popular singles including “Damaged” and “Showstopper.”
As time went on tensions between members of Danity Kane continued to grow and the group officially disbanded in 2009. In 2014, it was announced that O’Day, Bex and Richards would be reuniting as a trio called DK3. The three ladies released their self-titled debut album later that same year, yielding the hit single “Lemonade” featuring rap artist Tyga. DK3 broke up shortly after the release of their debut album and did not join forces again until 2018.
Now, the girls are back and stronger than ever! Celebrate their return to the stage with DK3’s reunion tour and snag tickets to catch them live!
