I just placed an order, where are my tickets?
Your tickets will be coming from the seller. On each order, there is an in-hand date which you can find in your order confirmation email. You are guaranteed to have your tickets by this date. Oftentimes, the primary seller does not release tickets until a few days before the event in order to reduce fraud. This is common practice, and you have nothing to worry about.

Does Event Tickets Center offer refunds?
Yes, Event Tickets Center offers 100% of your money back (minus any delivery fees) for cases cases covered by Event Tickets Center's 100% buyer guarantee. However, in scenarios not covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee, all sales are final.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
In the case of an event being cancelled, please full out the form below to contact customer support. Event Tickets Center will give you a full refund minus any delivery charges if the tickets have already been delivered.
