Tuacahn Amphitheatre - Ivins, UT

The Tuacahn Amphitheatre is located in Ivins, Utah, and is one of the most unique outdoor venues in the entire country. This venue is often times referred to as the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Center for the Arts as well. But no matter what you call this venue, it is safe to say that it is one of the best of the best. In fact, many people feel that when it comes to small outdoor venues that the Tuacahn Amphitheatre is the leader of the pack. This is saying a lot when you consider all of the other venues that are scattered from one side of the country to the next.

One of the best things about the Tuacahn Amphitheatre is its location. This venue is located at the mouth of Padre Canyon, and sits below several large red sandstone cliffs. Additionally, the Tuacahn Amphitheatre is adjacent to Snow Canyon State Park. Since opening in 1995, this venue has been known to host great events in an atmosphere that is not rivaled by many.

The outdoor seating capacity is 1,920, with 330 more seats available in an indoor theater. The indoor theater is complete with a dance studio, a recital hall, a black box theater, classrooms, a gift shop, and much more.

The Tuacahn Amphitheatre hosts the Tuacahn High School for the Performing Arts and the annual Tuacahn Summer Festival.

If you are interested in great scenery you do not have to look any further than the Tuacahn Amphitheatre. With so much to offer it is easy to see why this is one of the best small venues in the United States.
