The Christi Show Comedy Tickets

Christianee Porter built The Christi Show around Ms. Shirleen, a sharp-tongued character steeped in church culture who went viral in 2016, turning a struggling stand-up into a national touring act. The Arkansas native, now in Atlanta, keeps her material clean, leaning on family stories rather than an explicit edge. The Christi Show tickets have become a hot commodity as Porter's crossover into TV and film continues to grow her audience. Grab your tickets through Event Tickets Center and see the character that started online come fully to life on stage.

Why Buy Tickets to The Christi Show Comedy Shows?

A phone screen only shows so much of what Porter does with Ms. Shirleen, and the live show fills in everything a two-minute clip can't. Onstage, Porter moves between Ms. Shirleen and other characters like Yung Velvetta and Dr. Jenastacia Knowledge in real time, reading the room and adjusting bits on the fly in a way that recorded sketches never require. The format blends stand-up, music, and improv into a single set, so the pacing and callbacks vary from city to city. Fans who grew up on the online videos get to see how much of the character was built for a live room all along.

The Christi Show Tour Dates

This run brings The Christi Show to City Winery Atlanta for two nights, Wednesday, August 19, 2026, and Thursday, August 20, 2026, before the tour wraps its year at The Comedy Zone Jacksonville on Sunday, December 13, 2026. Earlier this run included a stop at City Winery Chicago in March 2026, part of a string of City Winery dates that have anchored much of the year's touring. Expect the same mix of stand-up and character work at both rooms, though City Winery's seated, listening-room setup plays differently than a standard comedy club stage.

This path from online character videos to sold-out theater dates says something about how well Ms. Shirleen translates beyond a phone screen, and Porter's TV and film credits, including a turn in Tyler Perry's A Madea Family Funeral, have only widened that audience further. A comedian building a national fanbase on clean, character-driven material, this consistently is worth catching live before rooms get harder to book. Secure your tickets through Event Tickets Center and watch this viral character take over a real room.
