Diego Leanos, better known by his stage name Lil Xan, is an American rapper and songwriter. Hailing from Redlands, California, Leanos pursued a photography career in support of his many friends who were rappers. After his camera was stolen, he began rapping in lieu of investing a new camera, posting his songs on SoundCloud and YouTube. He gained widespread popularity following the release of the music video for his song “Betrayed,” which charted at number 64 on the Billboard Hot 100. His debut album Total Xanarchy was released in December 2017, with a tour in support of the new release selling out within five hours. He will be touring North America and Europe through the end of 2018.
