Jordan Davis is a country singer-songwriter from Shreveport, Louisiana with a musically gifted family background. His brother, Jacob Davis, is also and country singer, and his uncle, Stan Paul Davis, wrote Tracy Lawrence’s hit singles, “Today's Lonely Fool" and "Better Man, Better Off.” Upon moving to Nashville in 2012, Davis secured a record contract and released his debut single, “Singles You Up,” by 2017. The song became a massive hit, peaking at number one on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in 2018. The corresponding debut album, Home State, was released later that same year.
