A Chorus Line
A Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning masterpiece – A Chorus Line follows the story of Broadway gypsies as they put their lives “on the line,” auditioning for an unnamed Broadway musical. The show originally debuted in 1975, becoming an unprecedented box office hit and earning 12 Tony nominations. A Chorus Line’s original Broadway production became the longest-running production on Broadway until 1997 (when it was surpassed by Cats). The show’s initial triumphant run has spawned several successful productions worldwide over the last four decades, including a lengthy run in London’s West End in 1976, a Broadway revival in 2006, and again in the West End in 2013.
