Transportation
Planning to see Olivia Rodrigo at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia? The arena is located at 3601 S. Broad St. in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. Parking, SEPTA subway service, and designated rideshare pickup areas are available for concertgoers.
Parking
Paid parking is available in the arena's surrounding lots. The venue recommends reserving a space in advance through SpotHero, which can offer lower rates than paying upon arrival. Parking lots are cashless, accepting major credit cards and digital payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Allow extra time for traffic around the Sports Complex.
Public Transit
SEPTA's Broad Street Line is a convenient way to reach the concert without dealing with event traffic. Take the subway southbound to NRG Station, the line's last stop, near the arena. For Olivia's November 7 and 8 shows, SEPTA has announced additional service, including express trains departing Fern Rock Transit Center at 5:40 PM and 5:50 PM each evening. Check SEPTA's latest schedules before leaving, and plan your return trip ahead of time.
Rideshare
Xfinity Mobile Arena has designated rideshare areas to help manage concert traffic. Lyft pickups are located in Lot D at the arena's southeast corner. Uber's main pickup area is Lot T, across the street near Citizens Bank Park, so you may need to walk away from the arena to meet your driver. Follow event-day signs and your app's pickup instructions, and expect potential delays immediately after the show.
When Should You Arrive?
The show is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM. Plan to arrive about an hour before the show so you have time to park or get dropped off, go through security, find your seat, and grab anything you need before Devon Again takes the stage.
Xfinity Mobile Arena Bag Policy
Unlike many venues that restrict guests to small bags, Xfinity Mobile Arena allows bags up to 14" x 14" x 6" through designated entrances equipped with X-ray machines. This screening option allows guests to bring larger purses and bags without being limited to a small clutch or wristlet.
All bags must still pass security screening. Small clutches, wristlets, and purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" can enter through standard security entrances without X-ray screening.
Backpacks, suitcases, and large multi-compartment bags are prohibited. Lockers are available near the 11th Street entrance for prohibited bags, costing $5 to $15 depending on size and subject to availability.
