Who is Pink?

Singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer Pink originally stepped into the spotlight as a member of the girl group, Choice before setting out on a career as a solo artist in 1995. She released her R&B-influenced debut album Can't Take Me Home in 2000, spawning two Billboard Hot 100 top ten songs and earning a double platinum certification. The album's success would serve as a sign of things to come for the young artist, who would continue to maintain a strong presence at the top of the charts with each subsequent release. Over the course of her career, Pink has released a total of eight studio albums. Regarded as "Pop Royalty," she is known for her distinctive raspy voice and acrobatic stage presence. She has sold over 135 million records worldwide, making her one of the best-selling music artists in the world.
