The Mighty Mighty Bosstones are an American ska punk band hailing from Boston, Massachusetts. They first emerged onto the music scene in 1983 and enjoyed mild success scoring a record deal. Their big break, however, wouldn't come until the release of their fifth studio album Let's Face It, which contained the hit single "The Impression That I Get." The song became an instant mainstream success, receiving heavy radio play and reaching the number one spot on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart, making the album achieve platinum status. The song was certified Gold in digital sales 17 years after its initial release in 2014. In the years since, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones have gone on to release five more studio albums and dropped their latest, titled While We're At It, in 2018.
