Generation Axe is a rock/heavy metal supergroup that was formed in 2016 by Grammy Award winning guitarist/musician Steve Vai. The group is comprised of five big-name guitarists, including Tosin Abasi (Animals as Leaders), Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme, Mourning Widows), Yngwie Malmsteen, and Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne Band).

Following their formation, Generation Axe embarked on a North American tour for 2016. In 2017, they journeyed across Asia for their second major tour. Shows generally consist of each member playing songs from their personal catalogs as well as jamming together on collaborative tracks. Recently, Generation Axe announced a 32-date U.S. tour for the fall. Witness these talented musicians put on their best show at a stage near you!
