Cristela Alonzo is an actress and stand-up comedian that made TV history in 2014 as the first Latina to create-write, and star in a network sitcom called "Cristela." Cristela was also the first Latina to star in a Disney Pixar movie, starring as Cruz Ramirez in Cars 3 (2017). She also serves as one of the most popular guest hosts on ABC's The View. Cristela has a one-hour comedy special, Lower Classy, on Netflix. The LA based comedian and actress released her first book in 2019.
