Position Summary
The Email & CRM Optimization Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s email and CRM initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and conversions. This position owns campaign setup, automation, audience segmentation, event building & tracking, testing, and performance analysis within Klaviyo, ensuring every customer communication contributes to measurable growth. The role collaborates closely with Product, UX, and CRO teams to align messaging and conversion goals across the customer journey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the CRM marketing calendar to align email, SMS, and push campaigns with key product, event, and promotional priorities.
- Build, configure, and deploy multi-channel campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, message content, send timing, and audience segmentation across email and SMS.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue per send.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data and user behavior to inform optimization and future testing.
- Partner with Product and CRO teams to ensure CRM messaging aligns with landing page experience and overall conversion goals.
- Manage segmentation, suppressions, and data hygiene practices to ensure accurate targeting and compliant list management.
- Work with Design to maintain consistent, mobile-optimized templates that support deliverability, engagement, and accessibility standards.
- Stay current on email, SMS, and CRM best practices, including automation, personalization, compliance, and deliverability trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance lifecycle communication, automate workflows, and improve customer retention through data-driven testing.
- Perform work functions across multiple websites and entities within ETC.
- Any other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle automation (Klaviyo experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and testing methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in managing campaign performance and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and email template structures.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates curiosity, and strives for continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRO, and UX teams.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a passion for staying on top of the latest industry trends. The SEO Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of our SEO strategy. You will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimizations, assist with technical audits, and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights. This position is a perfect fit for someone who is proficient with SEO tools, loves digging into data, and enjoys collaborating with to achieve organic search and overall website goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Identify and analyze relevant keywords and search trends to inform content strategy and optimization efforts. Map keywords to specific pages and identify new content opportunities.
- On-Page SEO Execution: Use basic HTML and CSS to optimize website content, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers (H1, H2, etc.), URL structures, and internal linking to improve search visibility and user experience.
- Technical SEO Audits & Support: Assist in regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness. Use tools like Screaming Frog to crawl the site and report findings.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and web development teams to ensure that new content is optimized for search engines and that SEO best practices are consistently applied across the website.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on key SEO performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze the search landscape and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats.
- Link Building Support: Assist in identifying backlink opportunities and support off-page SEO campaigns by analyzing competitor backlink profiles.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role.
- Proven proficiency with core SEO tools:
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Looker
- SEO Platforms: Hands-on experience with at least one major platform (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Technical Tools: Experience with a site crawler like Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
- Analytical Thinking: Uses data and testing to evaluate ideas and improve outcomes.
- Organization: Maintains accurate campaign documentation, schedules, and workflows.
- Communication: Clearly conveys insights, recommendations, and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Initiative: Actively looks for new opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion performance.
- Adaptability: Comfortable balancing creative, technical, and analytical workstreams in an ever-changing environment.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Experience with local SEO and managing Google Business Profiles.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
- Google Analytics certification
- Understanding of Google Ads
