We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Manager to develop and manage an affiliate program. This individual will design and implement a robust program to recruit, oversee, and monitor the performance of our chosen affiliate partners. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to work with our senior leadership team as we continue to gain market share in the event ticketing industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and recruit potential affiliates to establish new digital marketing program. Utilize solid vetting process to ensure affiliates are motivated and engaged
Confirm Compliance guidelines are followed according to all applicable laws and regulations, as well as policies directed by our internet platform partners
Responsible for all aspects of affiliate marketing program; able to identify resource needs and effectively manage all requisite dependencies associated with affiliate marketing.
Capable of working independently in launching and managing affiliate program
Provide insight on new opportunities and challenges related to affiliate accounts
Identify top performing affiliates and foster relationships through regular correspondence
Direct the day-to-day communications with affiliates, encouraging positive and open communication while holding them accountable for acceptable results
Develop and maintain metrics to measure success of overall affiliate program, as well as progress of individual affiliates
Recognize and communicate market trends

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, but will consider additional experience in lieu of degree
Possess affiliate marketing experience
Proven track record of driving P&L performance via analytics and fact-based decision making
Familiarity with internet and paid social advertising growth

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

Write unique on-page content for SEO purposes and to bolster organic search engine results page (SERP) authority
