The Chiefs play their home games at Arrowhead Stadium, and have done so since 1972. Although this venue is much older than most in the league, fans still love what it has to offer. There is something about a stadium with so much history that gets everybody excited. This can be seen each time that the Chiefs take the field.
Many great players have competed for the Chiefs over the years. Some of the more memorable players include Len Dawson, Derrick Thomas, Stone Johnson, Bobby Bell, and many more.
Arrowhead Stadium is located in Kansas City, Missouri. The stadium opened in August of 1972, which makes it one of the oldest venues in the National Football League. But even though Arrowhead Stadium is a bit aged, this does not stop fans from relishing every moment that they get to spend inside. Over the years Arrowhead Stadium has become known as one of the best places to watch a football game. Not only are the sightlines of the field great from every seat in the house, but the atmosphere is also quite exciting.
One of the nicest features of Arrowhead Stadium is its seating capacity. By being able to accommodate 79,451 fans, it is easy to see why this venue can get loud during any game. This is sure to come in handy over the next few years as quarterback Patrick Mahomes takes over the reigns.
For many years Arrowhead Stadium has been a centerpiece among many NFL venues. Chiefs fans are hoping for more of the same in the next few years.
