Singer/songwriter Lucy Dacus emerged from the thriving indie rock scene of Richmond, VA in the mid-2010's, grabbing audiences' attention with her smooth vocals and catchy beats. Dacus has released two critically acclaimed albums since making her debut, including No Burden (2016) and Historian (2018). In 2018, she formed the indie rock super group boygenius alongside fellow musicians Julien Baker and Phoebe Bridgers.
