For more than three decades, the Marina Civic Center in Panama City, Florida was run by Bay Arts Alliance. This amazing event venue has hosted some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, ranging from concerts to comedy shows to family favorites. Located on the beautiful waterfront of St. Andrews Bay and adjacent to Lisenby Park, this state-of-the-art multipurpose facility provides space for concerts and shows, cultural arts activities, meetings, receptions, and conventions.

The Civic Center is also home to three separate theaters - the Main Auditorium with a seating capacity of 2262 individuals, the Marina Assembly Hall featuring an 1125-seat configuration, and an intimate Black Box Theater with 400+ seating capacity. The facility has seen many changes over the decades but its commitment to providing quality community entertainment remains unchanged.

A unique blend of history and modern entertainment define Panama City as a one-of-a-kind place to be. Long known for its crystal clear waters, white sand beaches, and ecotourism adventures, PC has become much more than just a beach destination. Millions of visitors each year are mesmerized by the many attractions in town, ranging from science and space exploration at Panama City Beach’s Chairman Museum to exploring the sunken mysteries of shipwrecks in St Andrew's Bay! There are fishing opportunities here - pier anglers, surf casters, and offshore adventurers alike all flock here seeking out trophy-size snooks or groupers! Sadly, the Marina Civic Center was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael and is currently closed, but the city is determined to reopen it soon so that people can once again have access to performance arts, concerts, and other events. Until then, we hope you will remember this unique venue with fondness and look forward to its eventual reopening!
