Meet Roger Waters
Roger Waters is the famous, founding member of the iconic rock band Pink Floyd. He is responsible for much of Pink Floyd’s success and their influence on the rock music industry, with the tremendously successful concept albums ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’, and ‘The Wall’, to name a few. Pink Floyd is in the Rock and Roll hall of fame and will go down as one of the greatest, most revolutionary rock bands in history. After a long, successful run, Pink Floyd broke up and Roger Waters went on to pursue a solo career.
Waters began his solo career from where he left off in Pink Floyd, continuing on with many of the same ideologies. He put out multiple concept albums of his own, and went on to perform ‘The Wall’ live on a worldwide tour, with a full blown production acting it out as it was intended when it was written. Roger Waters influenced the art and music world in a way that may never be rivaled.
