Lords of Acid are a Belgian-American electro music group led by musician Praga Khan. The band made their debut in 1988 with the release of new beat single “I Sit on Acid,” followed by their debut album Lust in 1991. The album was released to critical acclaim within the electronic/dance music communities (due in part to their outrageously graphic NSFW lyrics and sound samples). Over the years they have released six more albums, exploring elements of industrial rock and hard rock. The group has several soundtrack credits under their belt as well, including Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Silver, Strange Days, Bad Lieutenant, Paparazzi, Virtuosity, and Sucker Punch.
