The elevation of the natural grass playing field is just under 1,050 feet (320 m) above sea level, and it is aligned (home plate to center field) north-northeast. Singer Bob Dylan plays the venue during his Never Ending Tour in 2010 on September 3. In 2013, Pacific Baseball Ventures, LLC was granted ownership of the Yakima Valley Pippins baseball team of the West Coast League. In 2014, the Pippins will fund a $100,000+ renovation to the stadium.
