Kroger Field (FKA Commonwealth Stadium) is located in Lexington, Kentucky on the campus of the University of Kentucky. Although this venue does not get as much attention as others in the area, it has plenty to offer. Since 1973, Kroger Field has been hosting Wildcats football games. And with recent renovations, it is safe to say that this will continue for many more years to come.

In 1999, both end zones of Kroger Field were renovated so that 40 suites could be added. This expansion cost nearly $28 million, and it did plenty for updating both the look and feel of the venue.

The seating capacity at Kroger Field is 67,530. This makes it one of the smallest venues in the SEC, but not in the country. Although Kroger Field is smaller than some of its conference rivals, it can get quite loud when the Wildcats are winning big.
