Since opening in 1995, the Duke Energy Center has been providing major entertainment for Ohioans. It consists of five venues, including two performance theaters; the 2,739-seat Aronoff Center for the Arts and the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, with 1,645 seats for concerts and conferences. Additionally, the center houses two indoor public plazas; Acrosstown Commons and Milano Patio Café, as well as the Washington Park Amphitheater, an outdoor venue capable of hosting up to 5,000 people.
