American Idol Live will feature season seven's Top 10 contestants Carly Smithson, Brooke White, Syesha Mercado, David Archuleta, David Cook, Jason Castro, Chikezie Eze, Kristy Lee Cook, Michael Johns and Ramiele Malubay. It is scheduled to kick off July 1 in Glendale, AZ, and visit nearly 50 cities all over the US, as well as Toronto, through mid-September.

This season features a really diverse group of performers and the tour should provide a great mix of fun and excitement. One thing that was teased at during an episode of American Idol was duet between Michael Johns and David Cook. Aside from the group acts, expect some great solos from David Cook, David Archuleta, Carly Smithson, Jason Castro, and Michael Johns.
