The Promontory is Hyde Park's premier entertainment venue and the restaurant is no longer open. Inspired by the fire pit council rings at Promontory Point, this neighborhood destination live entertainment venue and events space honors Hyde Park’s musical legacy and community spirit. With its modern design, crisp acoustics, and exciting music programming, The Promontory is dedicated to celebrating the eras when spacious ballrooms and jumping jazz clubs made Chicago’s South Side the capital of American music.

Brighton at The Promontory will consist of 59 two-story single-family detached homes. Brighton will showcase family homes on generous home sites, with homes ranging from 2,200 to 2,732 sq. ft. with up to 4 bedrooms and up to 4.5 bathrooms, attached 2-car garages, balcony off the master suite.
