Southern Hills Country Club is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is one of the nicest and most well known private clubs in the country. Since being established in 1936, thousands of rounds of golf have been played at Southern Hills Country Club. Additionally, thousands of people have come through this great club for one reason or the next. It is safe to say that when it comes to prestigious private clubs it does not get much better than Southern Hills Country Club.

Perry Maxwell originally designed the 18 hole course. In 1999, Keith Foster undertook the task of renovating it in order to ensure that it stands the test of time. In addition to the main 18 holes, the Southern Hills Country Club also has another 9 hole course. These nine holes opened in 1992, and were designed by golf great Ben Crenshaw. In addition to world class golf, Southern Hills Country Club also offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise facilities and much more.

Many of golf's greatest tournaments have been played at Southern Hills Country Club over the years. Southern Hills Country Club is a great private club that has a lot to offer both golfers and members alike.
