Meet Slayer


Slayer is an American metal band formed in 1981 and hailing from Huntington Park, California. The band achieved mainstream success with the release of Reign in Blood, featuring fast-paced songs and clear production. Slayer soon became among one of the best thrash metal bands, being named among the likes of Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax. The band has been nominated for five Grammy awards, winning two for their songs "Eyes of the Insane" and "Final Six."
