Meet Public Image Ltd
Public Image Ltd is a post punk band based out of London, formed by Johnny Rotten, who is widely known for his role as the front man for the popular punk rock group the Sex Pistols. The band formed following the breakup of the Sex Pistols in 1978, and was one of the first bands to experiment in the post punk scene of the UK. Public Image Ltd was wildly influential to the post punk and new wave movement, not only in the UK but across the United States as well.
