Oakland Hills Country Club is located in Oakland County, Michigan. This private golf club is one of the most popular in the country. Even though it is not in the best location thanks to cold winters, Oakland Hills Country Club still has plenty to offer. This has led to a number of prestigious tournaments being held there over the years.

One of the nicest features of Oakland Hills Country Club is that there are two courses available; the North and the South. All of the tournaments that have taken place at Oakland Hills Country Club in the past have been on the South Course. Since 1918, the South Course has been known as one of the most difficult in the United States. It was designed by Donald Ross, and is often times referred to as "The Monster."

Overall, Oakland Hills Country Club has been and always will be one of the top golf clubs in the United States.
