It’s not every week that new tickets go on sale for Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson and Darius Rucker — but this week it’s all happening. Diversifying the lineup is Alt J and Gorillaz.
The recent Nobel Prize winner is taking his tunes on the road, with a series of summer concerts scheduled throughout North America. Bob Dylan is kicking off his summer run June 13 in Port Chester, New York, hitting up venues throughout the Northeast before taking it to Canada. From there, Bob Dylan is taking it across the pond.
Willie Nelson, anyone? The legend is on the road again — this time traveling throughout Northern America with a number of musical guests, including Kacey Musgraves and Charlie Daniels Band. Willie Nelson will perform throughout April and into August, when he’ll wrap up Aug. 19 at California’s Berkeley Arts Center.
Hootie and the Blowfish’s Darius Rucker is taking his tour solo, starting April 28 with Sheryl Crow at Pepsi Spring Jam. Darius Rucker will perform at summer musical festivals, including the 2017 CMA Music Festival in Nashville, TN, in addition to indoor arenas and outdoor venues before wrapping it all up Aug. 19 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Alt J + Gorillaz
Alt J, which performed its first U.S. tour in 2014, is at it again. Alt J begins the summer tour July 28 at Randall’s Island, New York’s Panorama Music Festival. From there, the band will hit major cities throughout the U.S. and Canada before winding down Nov. 17 in Houston.
Gorillaz is reminding the U.S. crowd that they’re not just some band fans used to know… Gorillaz is hitting the U.S. circuit July 8 in Chicago — they’ll close out the tour Oct. 11 in Duluth, Georgia.
