McArthur Court - Eugene, OR
McArthur Court is located in Eugene, Oregon, and serves as the home court for the University of Oregon Ducks men's and women's basketball teams. The venue is named after former athlete and student body president, Clifton N. McArthur.
McArthur Court opened for business in 1926. All in all, this makes the venue one of the oldest on campus basketball venues in all of Division I college basketball. As you can imagine, this rich history gives McArthur Court a unique and distinct look and feel.
The seating capacity at McArthur Court is 9,087. Although this is among the smallest venues in the Pacific Ten Conference, it is widely known to be one of the loudest in the country. This noise has gone a long way in helping the Ducks basketball teams to succeed year in and year out.
There are not too many arenas in the country that offer a better college basketball atmosphere than McArthur Court on the campus of the University of Oregon.
