The venue can accommodate 7,100 guests in reserved seating and 16,000 guests on the general-admission lawn. KeyBank has hosted performances from acts such as Kings of Leon, Billy Joel, Jimmy Buffett, and Fleetwood Mac. It has also hosted a number of music festivals such as Lollapalooza, Mayhem Festival, Uproar Festival, Vans Warped Tour, and many others.

A general parking fee is included in the ticket price. VIP parking is also available for a fee. There are also concert shuttles available. Tailgating is allowed but saving parking spaces is not permitted.

All bags are subject to inspection. Medium-sized purses and fanny packs are encouraged instead of large backpacks. Lawn or beach chairs are allowed given that they are not more than nine inches above the ground. Non-professional cameras and small digital cameras are allowed. Selfie sticks, iPads and tablets, audio and video recording equipment are not allowed in the pavilion.

Food may be allowed in the venue as long as it is placed in a one-gallon plastic bag or small plastic bag. One 20-ounce factory-sealed bottle of water per person is allowed. Coolers are not allowed in the venue. Concessions for sale at KeyBank include pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, and soft drinks.

Despite the seemingly isolated location, there are still plenty of attractions a few miles from KeyBank Pavilion. Family camping is available at Raccoon Creek State Park, or go for a round of golf at Ponderosa Golf Course and Quicksilver Golf Club. Those who love car racing may enjoy Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway, which is also nearby.
