Meet Jinjer


Ukrainian metalcore rockers Jinjer emerged in 2009, gaining widespread exposure and prominence by winning the Best Ukrainian Metal Act Award by Kiev's InshaMuzyka label in 2013. Three years later in 2016, the group took home the award for Best Music Video for their track "I Speak Astronomy," leading to the release of their third studio album King of Everything later that same year. Jinjer have cited several artists as being major influences on their style and sound including the likes of Opeth, Karnivool, and Textures, as well as acts across a broad spectrum of genres like R&B, soul, and hip-hop including Cypress Hill. They are currently working on their fourth studio album.
