About Jacobs Pavilion

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Jacobs Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater that first opened its doors in 1987. Currently, it’s under the ownership of Jacobs Entertainment Inc.

What to Bring to Jacobs Pavilion

Bringing the biggest names in music to Cleveland, Jacobs Pavilion is an open-air amphitheater located in the Nautica Entertainment Complex on the west bank of the Cuyahoga River. The 5,000-seat venue offers bleacher and festival seating with scenic views of the water and the downtown skyline. Fans enjoy a laid-back atmosphere and great stage visibility from all areas of the pavilion. Idina Menzel, Norah Jones and Paul Simon are just some of the artists who have performed there in recent years. Jacobs Pavilion is open from early summer until the early fall.

Getting to Jacobs Pavilion is easy. It’s about 1.5 miles from the heart of Cleveland, and accessible from the east and west via I-90 and I-77 from the south. It’s even accessible by boat from the north and south. There are plenty of parking spaces available nearby, although lots can get congested—visitors are advised to leave plenty of time for parking and getting into the venue.

As part of the Nautica Entertainment complex, the venue has a selection of cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Food and water for personal consumption are allowed in the venue.
