Meet Hellyeah

Heavy metal supergroup Hellyeah formed in 2006 by musicians Chad Gray and Greg Tribbett of Mudvayne, Tom Maxwell and Jerry Montano of Nothingface (the latter also played with Danzig), and Vinnie Paul of Pantera/Damageplan. Hellyeah released their self-titled debut album in 2007, entering the Billboard 200 at number nine. Stampede followed in 2010, with Band of Brothers arriving two years later, finding success on the strength of singles “War in Me” and “Band of Brothers.” The group has released a total of six studio albums to date and have self-described their music as having “a familiar groove, with a new sound.” Hellyeah has undergone several lineup changes of the years, with the current lineup including original members Gray and Maxwell alongside Christian Brady, Kyle Sanders, and Roy Mayorga, who replaced Vinnie Paul after his passing in 2018.
