Meet Dido
Dido is an English singer/songwriter who achieved international success with the release of her debut album No Angel in 1999. The album won several awards and sold over 21 million copies worldwide. Life for Rent followed in 2003, bringing continued success on the strength of hit singles like “White Flag” and “Life for Rent.” Her first two albums are among the best-selling albums in UK chart history and are both among the top 10 best-selling albums of the 2000s in the UK. Her third album, Safe Trip Home, dropped in 2008, and while it did crack the charts, it did not enjoy as much success as her previous two releases. In 2013, she made a comeback with her fourth studio album Girl Who Got Away, which reached the Top 5 in the UK. Her fifth album Still on My Mind was released in 2019.
