Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton
Ten new shows for Luke Bryan’s new “Huntin’ Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” tour go on sale today. He’ll play outdoors at some of the country’s best amphitheaters, which helps create the “summer camp” atmosphere praised by touring mate Brett Eldredge: “He’s up onstage throwing beers at people in the crowd from a cooler. It’s a consistent party, and the environment is just consistently relaxed and everything I love about a tour and how I’d want to treat my tour.” If that sounds like your kind of night, tickets are here and going fast.
Chris Stapleton is no slouch in the fun department either. His March concert at NRG Stadium in Houston was one of the most popular concerts so far in 2017, and his outdoor concerts will rock long into the summer. As with Bryan, he has 10 new shows going on sale today. You can find them all on Event Tickets Center.
WWE Live, Combo Series and Smackdown
It’s a huge week for WWE fans. Tickets for the Combo Series in Phoenix go on sale today, featuring a July 3 Raw event followed by what is sure to be an awesome July 4 edition of Smackdown. Ten new dates for WWE Live, two for Smackdown and three Monday Night Raw also hit the listings – We have a whole page dedicated to WWE where you can find them and every WWE event on Event Tickets Center. Since we’re talking about pro wrestling, here’s an interesting look at what the “referees” really do in the ring during a match. Hint: It’s a lot more than counting to three.
Music Legends Paul McCartney, Brian Wilson
Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson need no introductions. Their spots in music history are secured and fans can’t get enough of their brilliance on tour. McCartney has seven new shows going on sale today for his One on One Tour; he’s added second dates for shows in Chicago, Detroit and the New York area. He’ll also make his first appearance in Oklahoma City since 2002.
Brian Wilson has 20 new dates going on sale this Friday. This is the last time he’ll play the Beach Boys’ legendary album Pet Sounds live, and fans are flocking to get their final listen. Few music fans would argue with putting Pet Sounds on the list of greatest albums of all time. Written almost entirely by Wilson himself, it caused some conflict within the band over its style compared to what the Beach Boys had put out for their previous 10 albums. But the band’s fans ate it up, making songs like “Sloop John B” and “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” into Billboard Top 10 hits.
Linkin Park and Snoop Dogg
Linkin Park’s 2017 “One More Light” tour is on sale, with the first show of the tour July 27. But: You can catch the band in a special one-off show at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on Friday, May 19. That show will be the launch for their new One More Light album, which the tour will then promote. They’ll start out playing with Machine Gun Kelly before Snoop Dogg joins to make it a trio for the final stretch of shows along the west coast in October.
