Robert Plant and Alison Krauss Share 2022 Tour Dates

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have mapped out their first tour together in 13 years. The duo announced they'll be hitting stages across the US and Europe next summer in support of their latest album, Raise the Roof.

The tour kicks off June 1 in Canandaigua, NY and will go on to make stops in cities including Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis and Philadelphia before a final performance in Atlanta, GA closes out the US leg on June 16.

Raise the Roof was released on November 19, and marks Plant and Krauss' second album together. Their first joint release, 2007's Raising Sand, was released to critical acclaim, winning the award for Album of the Year at both the Americana Music Honors & Awards and the Grammy Awards.

Who are Robert Plant and Alison Krauss?

Robert Plant in an English singer/songwriter best known as the lead singer and lyricist of the legendary English rock group, Led Zeppelin. Plant's unique vocal style and impressively wide range has provided him with an incredibly successful career in the music industry, one that has spanned more than 50 years. Plant is considered to be one of the greatest voices in rock and roll history.

Alison Krauss is an American bluegrass-country singer and musician. Her career in the music industry began when she was just 10 years old. She has released a total of 14 albums over the course of her career, including recording soundtracks for feature films including O Brother, Where Art Thou? and Cold Mountain. Krauss has won a total of 27 Grammy Awards from 42 nominations, ranking her in fourth position for most wins overall.
