Of Monsters and Men are gearing up to hit the road on the newly-announced “Fever Dream Tour,” bringing the Icelandic rockers to stages across North America this fall!

The 18-date jaunt gets underway September 4 with a performance in Washington DC before setting out to hit cities including New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Denver, closing out the US leg in Portland, OR on September 27. From there they’ll travel north of the border for one final North American date before heading for their homeland – Iceland – for the remainder of the tour.

The upcoming run of shows will be in support of the band’s highly anticipated third studio album, Fever Dream. A lead single from the album, “Alligator,” was just released earlier this month.

Fever Dream is due out July 28.

Who are Of Monsters and Men?

Icelandic rock outfit Of Monsters and Men emerged in the early 2010s, boasting a unique sound that echoed in the footsteps of acts like Arcade Fire and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. The group broke through to international mainstream success with the release of their massive hit single “Little Talks,” dominating charts around the globe. Meanwhile, their debut full-length album My Head Is an Animal was topping the charts as well on the strength of additional smash hit singles “King & Lionheart” and “Mountain Sound.” Of Monsters and Men released their second album, Beneath the Skin, in 2015. The album once again brought the band to the top of international charts thanks to singles like “Crystals” and “Wolves Without Teeth.” The group returned in 2019 with the announcement of their third studio album, Fever Dream, due for release in July 2019.
