NBA Season 2019-2020

Calling all basketball fans, the NBA season is approaching!

After the Toronto Raptors were crowned NBA Champions for the first time in team history after ending the Golden State Warriors dynasty, the NBA offseason didn’t disappoint with intriguing story lines that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

In case you missed it, here are a couple of the biggest storylines from the offseason.

Former Warriors star Kevin Durant and former Celtics star Kyrie Irving decided to partner up in the Big Apple, giving the Brooklyn Nets fans something to cheer about heading into the 2019 season.

Fans of Los Angeles will haven no shortage of basketball to watch. With the reigning 2019 NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and shooting guard Paul George joining forces for the Clippers, there’s no doubt their match ups against the Lakers, who boast LeBron James and Anthony Davis on their roster, will be must-see television.

Looking Ahead

The regular season is set to tip off on October 23rd with match ups that will have fans tuned in during the 2019-2020 NBA season worldwide.

The season kicks off with an incredible opening-night double header starting across the border in Toronto where the Raptors will take on the New Orleans Pelicans. The defending champions will raise their championship banner in front of their home fans before all eyes turn to rookie and number one overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, Zion Williamson.

A night-cap match-up between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers will be the first of four match ups on the season to determine the best team in Los Angeles and arguably the best team in the league.

Christmas Day is loaded with marquee match ups, highlighting the Boston Celtics against the Toronto Raptors, who will host their first Christmas Day game for the first time in franchise history. The Milwaukee Bucks take on the Philadelphia 76ers in a key Eastern Conference match-up between two of the best teams in the Eastern conference.

Fans will have non-stop action on Christmas Day as the Houston Rockets head to the Bay Area to take on a humbled Golden State Warriors team. Another match up between the Lakers and the Clippers will commence, following the late tip off between the New Orleans and Denver.
